Frequently Asked Questions- Commercial Accounts



    Who's products do you use?
        We will provide all cleaning materials and equipment. Environmentally friendly
         products may require additional costs in the quote provided.
         We can supply consumables (ie papers, plastics, soaps) at an additional charge.

    Do you do windows?
        Yes we do inside windows and any other requests you may have.  This is additional time added
        to the cleaning quote. We also do insides of appliances if requested.

    Can I pay by Cheque?
        Yes.

    Do you offer terms for payment?
        Accounts are billed monthly, NET 30 days.

    How many people will come to clean?
        Depending on the size of the location and crew there will be 1 or 2 cleaners assigned. 

    How do they get to our location?
        Depending on the crew, some will arrive via Public Trasit and others will have vehicles.

    Do you clean after hours?
        All commercial accounts are cleaned after hours. You can pick a day(s), but due to
        many different factors during the cleanings we cannot guarantee a time the crew
        will arrive or finish the assignment. They will be finished prior to opening of your
        location the following day guaranteed.

    I have a retail store - can you provide cleaning staff?
        We can provide cleaning services, however due to insurance reasons not during hours of operation.

    Do you have minimum charges?
        We do have minimum charges per visit. Quotes will reflect a minimum 3 hour charge.

    How long have you been in business?
        We have been in business since January 2005. Our cleaners have been cleaning much longer.

   Do you provide references?
        Upon request we will be happy to provide you with reference contacts.
