Street Sweeper Services

Our power sweeping service is one of our most popular.  The process  is the same as you would get to have your asphalt ready for sealing, so you can be sure that the pavement will be clean and free of debris when we finish.  Our parking lot power street sweeper is small enough to fit in underground parking areas yet large enough to efficiently complete areas of more than 100,000 square feet. Our busiest time for power sweeping is in the spring so please call to have the power sweeper booked between the end of February and beginning of March to be sure you are guaranteed an appointment.

• Removal of debris will greatly enhance the appearance of your parking area and property in general.

• Sand and debris will create friction, which will cause quicker wear on your pavement markings and will cause pitting in your asphalt.
• Wind currents can cause dust, sand and debris to be strewn around your parking area which will ultimately land on cars, people and nearby buildings.

  Snow Plowing / Removal & Salting

   

• Removing snow from driveway or parking lot.
• Offered as a seasonal contract beginning November 15th and ending April 15th.
• Service occurs for each and every snowfall of 5cm (2'') or more as measured by Environment Canada.
• Snow markers can be placed in appropriate areas around driveway, etc. to prevent potential property damage.
• An add on service to the 'Snow Removal' service. Rock salt is spread on walkways, sidewalks and driveways.

• Salt will be applied after each time we remove snow.
